Light weight concrete produced with the aid of
KingAdd 200LW is typically used in the following
applications:
- Roof thermal insulation.
- Under-floor heat insulation.
- Light weight block.
- Void filling.
- Trench reinstatement.
An appropriate foam generator should be used to
produce a pre-foam by mix feeding KingAdd 200LW,
potable water and compressed air.
The pre-foam is then fed into pre-batched
cement/water slurry or sand/cement /water mortar
and mixed for 3 - 5 minutes to achieve a
homogeneous mixture. The liquid foamed concrete is
then pumped using a proper screw pump and placed
at the required thickness and slopes.
KingAdd 200LW is available in 25 liters pails, 210
liters drums and 1000 liters bulks supply.
